Vetted Supplier: A unique business to business solution

Vetted Supplier is the UK's register of pre-qualified local and national contractor-related suppliers initially targeted towards the Property Management sector.

The concept is to provide a business to business solution database of a qualified, insured and vetted contractor list for all property managers throughout the UK. Since its launch in 2004 Vetted Supplier has grown and been updated in line with the needs of its demanding customer base. Many Property Management companies are using Vetted Suppliers processes as the minimum standard for the procurement of services from contractors in the management of their estates. The Property Management task force also recommends using Vetted Supplier as part of the vetting - qualification process.

Are you registered as compliant with an SSIP member scheme. If you are, it negates the need to complete the H&S questionnaire simply substituting it with your letter compliance or certificate to verify registration.

SSIP is an umbrella organisation for safety PQ schemes, supported by the Construction Clients Group, UK Contractors Group, Specialist Engineering Contractors Group, National Specialist Contractors Council, the Construction Industry Council and the Health & Safety Executive. SSIP members are independently audited annually by an SSIP appointed auditor approved by HSE.
